I placed an order for a A3 document scanner in Uniqkart with order no UK-20224 on 29th August 2025 and made payment through credit card. On 24th September we received the material and we found that the material was A4 scanner and not A3 scanner. We sent a mail on 25th September 2025. After continuous communication the support team instructed us to send images and video of the scanner. After that they didn't replied to any of our mail. The mobile number they had specified in their web site was not working.
In the order confirmation mail as well the invoice they had clearly mentioned as A3 Document scanner. They didn't reply to any of our mail after they realize that a wrong material was delivered to me. A copy of all mail communications are attached as a .pdf file

After that they didn't replied to any of our mail. The mobile number they had specified in their web site was not working.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online
complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide


If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
