I booked two flight on makemytrip
First Booking ID NN7AH8XK17509622072
I booked this flight on 10th of October from Delhi to London for two passengers - 1 child and 1 adult.
In ticket baggage policy it was written 'Check-in: 46 Kg(2 PC x 23Kg each) per Adult /Child '.
As we were unclear about the baggage policy, I called customer service on 12th october to enquire the total baggage allowed whether it's 2 baggages or 4 baggages in total of 23 kg. Customer executive told me that total two baggages are allowed only. On arriving at airport and after getting boarding pass we got to know that total 4 baggages were allowed. We had to courier it that costs us 29k. I raised this concern with makemytrip. They told me to share the receipt of extra charges I have to spend for courier. I had shared it with them on 24th along with tracking id. Now they are not even bothered to give any resolution. I call them daily to ask about the resolution and each and everyone, I mean each and everyone is told to tell customers same line that they have highlighted the concern and we will get the resolution in 24-48 hrs. Each and everyone has this same line. And undoubtedly all executives never gave any reply back nor told the status anyday. The customer service is just useless and never replies back, not they update you and nor they give any resolution. I am attaching screenshot of mail recieved from mmt customer executive on 12th october when I asked her about baggage policy ANANYA MUKHERJEE with whom my ticket is also ongoing but she is not giving any resolution to it.

I made this booking on call with mmt customer executive. While making this booking i confirmed about the cancellation charges 10 times. The executive told me that it will be around 6000 rupees per person (5102+800). After cancellation of ticket the total price reduced was around 16000. Again I called mmt customer care they registered my complaint on 16th itself. Till now there is no resolution. Whenever I call them they have the same line that they have highlighted the issue. Response will take 24-48 hours but unfortunately till now no one has given any update about the ticket. When I call mmt customer agent they tell that this is issue of pre sales dept and not post sales dept so kindly go to new booking section and make a complaint there. Pre sales dept without listening to me transfers the call back to post sales. Post sales dept tells they can just highlight the issue but can't raise a ticket as it is pre sales dept issues. Again I am sharing screenshots of my mail in which the executive send me the amount that will be deducted.
The mmt customer service is just sitting there to tell it will take 24-48 hrs as this is the timeline but will never, never, never give any resolution. Now I am left with last option to take legal action on makemytrip. The amount of headache this company has given can't be paid off.
