I (Avani R Krishna) am filing this complaint against Suhana Creation (online shopping website) regarding the Order #15988 placed on 17th January 2026.
The item was delayed and there was no option for tracking the product or didn't received any updates from them even after multiple follow ups via mail, instagram etc.
Moreover the delivered item is completely different from what I have ordered. I have ordered two Anarkali set of XS size but received two kurtas which is entirely different in colour, size or model. Very poor quality products which was already used by someone.
After receiving the wrong products, I checked the website to initiate a refund, but there is no refund or return option available which was shown initially at the time of order. I have already contacted customer support via email and social media, but there has been no response so far.
This amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and violation of consumer rights. I am requesting:
1. A full refund of the paid amount, OR
2. Immediate return pickup and refund processing
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I request appropriate action against the seller as per consumer protection laws.
