I brought a shirt from gentlehaus . I received a completely different product. I tried to contact them through WhatsApp and mail , but they didn't respond back and when I texted them on Instagram, they finally replied and told that their courier boy will pick the product within 3-5 days and it's been weeks still no one picked up the product. And they stopped responding too..

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
