Zepto account put on hold without reason and no proper support

I am a regular user of the Zepto app. Recently, my Zepto account was put on hold without any prior notice or clear reason. I have not violated any terms knowingly.

I contacted Zepto customer support multiple times through the app and email, but I only received automated replies and no proper explanation or solution. Because of this, I am unable to place orders and use the app, which caused inconvenience and mental stress.

If there was any issue with my account, it should have been clearly communicated before taking such action. Holding an account without transparency is unfair to customers.

I request Zepto to clearly explain the reason for holding my account and restore it at the earliest. I hope this complaint helps in getting a fair and quick resolution.
