Worst service ever. Paid in advance for a gift delivery, but the order was marked delivered without the recipient being present or any OTP confirmation. Delivery partner 9625470081 Nikhil was unreachable fraudulent guy , just Market the status delivered aur ho gya deliver bina kahi btaye na koi otp na koi confirmation from customer and customer support named unaiza fatima was sooo rude and unhelpful. No accountability at all. They just want you to make payment and deliver anywhere they want. No confirmation from recipient. Will never use or recommend this app again.
