Zepto has suspended my account without valid reason but only reason they giving that security policies. How i know what wrong i did? Or just they randomly suspended my account and accusing me for doing against their rules.
I feel very ashamed that they Suspended my account and accusing me but not giving me exact reason.
Please take strict action against them.
Over mail, twitter and call they saying same thing again and but not giving proper reason.
Let me tell you also i had complaint and tweeted against their unfair pricing, may be this can be reason for suspension.
I had purchased their subscription also for 1₹.

Same thing happened with me too.they blocked my access after I took zepto daily pass and not reviving it saying we have our reasons.

Same issue happened with me.
I also spoke to Zepto’s support team over a call. The representative mentioned that multiple logins on different devices or creation of multiple user IDs from a single number might be the reason for the restriction, but then admitted that she does not know the exact details.

I clearly clarified that I have never created multiple user IDs, and I have only used my account with my single registered number. Simply logging in from more than one device should not by itself be considered a misuse.

On email as well, Zepto has refused to provide the exact reason and only replies that the “case is closed,” without giving any proper clarification.
