I am traveling alone with kids from pune to charlapalli, ordered food for kids online from Venkatagiri restaurant of Kalaburgi junction as it is the only station delivering food. Before Reaching station at least one hour prior I got message of delivery done.. Tried to reach restaurant, but couldn't. Zomato helpline was also used, they said cannot help me but will try to connect to station master.. Will try for refund but cannot guarantee as delivery is done on app.. I m with PNR 8635600972 train no 18520.. Order id on zomato is 7222230711
Plz look into this matter..

    • Try calling Venkatagiri restaurant of Kalaburgi junction directly to check if they received the order and if it was delivered.
