I had a terrible experience in my recent booking. They cancelled last minute and I had no choice but to pay premium prices for alternative.

My initial booking was cancelled by host then I was assigned another car which also got cancelled. Then I had to wait for hours on customer service calls only to pay extra for another car at the last minute but yet again that car got unavailable, then I had to choose another car. 4 times! This was really unprofessional and cumbersome experience for us. The customer support executives were rude and were not able to give me expected resolution. I had to myself look for alternatives since the rest of my journey was planned and the car issues from zoomcar started last minute.

To add to the harrassment, there is no customer care contact number or email ID visible on their app!

Initial booking cost= 6129
Additional amount paid= 6675+330
