I have taken a car on rent from zoomcar for my travel to rishikesh. car got stopped in middle of journey i have talked to zoomcar support for a further assistance . But there is no reply from the zoomcar customer support. i have talked to a support executive 4-5 times and one of a support executive named chand bahadur has misbehaved with me and used very rude tone and i want a full refund for my trip and they have said to me that they will provide me half refund .And what should i do with a half refund i have taken zoomcar for my trip and there is no help from the customer support. And my booking id-JPSNZIFXI . I want a compensation for my trip .

We are outlining the first step to be taken before filing a case in the Consumer Forum.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the Zoom Car customer care via email and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

Step: 1 - Online
We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Zoom Car (Host.support.in@zoomcar.com), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Zoom Car a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..
