Complaint:
I am raising this complaint against Amazon India and the seller CLICKTECH RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED regarding the non-delivery of a high-value product – DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo.
Amazon falsely claims the product has been delivered as part of a combined shipment. However, the camera was never delivered to me.

Facts of the Case:
I received only one parcel which contained:
3 units of Bhimseni Kapoor
1 Screen Guard
1 Memory Card
The camera was missing from the package.
The delivery agent did not even ask for the OTP, despite me having received one. He simply handed over the parcel and left.
The parcel received was fully sealed and securely packed, but there was clearly no space inside to fit a camera box of this size.
We initially assumed that the camera may arrive in a separate package, but no other parcel was ever delivered.
Amazon’s Claim:
Amazon customer care is now stating that the camera was part of the delivered package. This is completely false and unverified. For such a high-value item, proper delivery protocols like OTP confirmation, packaging traceability, and signature acknowledgment were not followed.

Just to clarify, the box was received in the same condition as shown in the video. It had not been opened before recording — we simply captured it exactly as it was received.

Further to our earlier communication, I would like to bring to your attention that we have now received an email from the Amazon team (attached) stating that multiple refund claims were made from our account. However, we have not raised any return or refund request for this particular item or any other item recently.

We are attaching:
  1. The screenshot of Amazon’s message
  2. Our response
  3. The video clearly showing the condition of the box at the time of receipt — unopened and exactly as delivered
This issue seems to be a misunderstanding, and we request that it be escalated for proper investigation. Kindly let us know the next steps and assist in resolving this matter appropriately.

Now they have closed the case and are saying nothing can be done from their end.
