I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding two unauthorized transactions that were debited from my HDFC Bank account without my consent or approval.
Details of the transactions:
I have checked my mandate list in my HDFC Bank account and can confirm that I have not authorized or approved any such mandates for the above merchant. These charges are completely unauthorized.

I request the Consumer Court to kindly take the following actions:
I am attaching screenshots of the transaction messages and my e-mandate dashboard for your reference and as evidence.
- Direct the concerned bank and merchant to immediately stop these recurring transactions.
- Instruct the bank/merchant to initiate a full refund of ₹1,499.00 for each of the unauthorized transactions.
- Ensure that no future deductions are made from my account without my explicit consent.
I kindly request your urgent intervention in this matter to prevent further financial loss and to safeguard my banking rights.
