I am not concern about Non Digital Entertainment Private Limited... Who assigned the power to auto debit my amount in Axis Bank.. I have raised complain against
Non Digital Entertainment Private Limited in RBI. Without my concern why auto debit my payment to Non Digital Entertainment Private Limited it is a very big issue for me..As per Bank norms whithout my concern they cannot debit the amount in my account, who assigned the power to Axis Bank to debit my account with out my permission...

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding two unauthorized transactions that were debited from my HDFC Bank account without my consent or approval.

Details of the transactions:

  1. UPI Mandate Transaction
    • Amount: ₹1,499.00
    • Date: 12/08/2025
    • From: HDFC Bank A/c ending 8224
    • To: NOV DIGITAL ENTERTAINM
    • Reference Number: 101188871685
  2. E-Mandate Transaction
    • Amount: ₹1,499.00 (scheduled deduction)
    • Date of Deduction: 06/08/2025
    • To: NOV DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED
    • Mandate UMN: 1ed655680b8cc8ede0634bcee10a3d67@okhdfcbank
I have checked my mandate list in my HDFC Bank account and can confirm that I have not authorized or approved any such mandates for the above merchant. These charges are completely unauthorized.

I request the Consumer Court to kindly take the following actions:

  1. Direct the concerned bank and merchant to immediately stop these recurring transactions.
  2. Instruct the bank/merchant to initiate a full refund of ₹1,499.00 for each of the unauthorized transactions.
  3. Ensure that no future deductions are made from my account without my explicit consent.
I am attaching screenshots of the transaction messages and my e-mandate dashboard for your reference and as evidence.

I kindly request your urgent intervention in this matter to prevent further financial loss and to safeguard my banking rights.

Ensure that no future deductions are made from my account without my explicit consent.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Auto-Debit of ₹499 Since 2024

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to file a complaint regarding repeated unauthorized auto-debit transactions of ₹499 from my bank account since the year 2024. These deductions are being made every month without any prior notification or clear consent from my side.

I have attempted to identify and cancel the auto-payment mandate through Google Pay and my bank; however, I was unable to find or deactivate the mandate successfully. When I contacted my bank, I was informed that the issue is not linked directly with them and I was advised to cancel the autopay through the respective platform. Despite multiple attempts, the issue still persists.

Additionally, I would like to highlight that the amount is debited first, and only after the transaction is completed, I receive a notification. This lack of prior intimation is causing inconvenience and financial loss to me.

I have also reported this issue through the cybercrime portal; however, due to procedural challenges and the relatively smaller amount involved, I was unable to pursue it further.

This ongoing issue clearly reflects an unfair trade practice and lack of proper authorization and transparency in auto-debit transactions.

I kindly request you to:

1. Investigate the source of these unauthorized deductions.
2. Stop further auto-debit transactions immediately.
3. Assist in cancelling any active mandate linked to my account.
4. Facilitate a refund of the deducted amount from 2024 till date.

I am attaching my bank statements and relevant transaction details for your reference.

I request your prompt action in resolving this matter at the earliest.
