Dear Team,

I have purchased a laptop on 14.8.2025 with order id OD435193086011054100 from FLIPKART, then laptop was not getting on and charger is also not working so raised and return of laptop, so that i can get my refund , one person came and told me that the laptop code is not matching technician shold come and seal the box then only we can take the laptop back, if i call flipkart they are telling to contact the acer tech but acer tech telling us to check with flipkart , now laptop also not working and my amount of 42k got loss and also due to delay in laptop i have lost 50lkh projects

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Flipkart (grievance.officer@flipkart.com) and also CC the ACRE India, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to solve the issue you are facing due to laptop code is not matching. This step not only gives the company a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
