Hi I am currently working in banglore from past 2 week I am facing network issue in my area and I have filled complaint also regarding this network issue in Airtel app in my complaint they have mentioned they will clear in that issue at December 29,2025 at 8.00pm but that didn't happened still that issue was not clear and the customer support team is also not responding to our calls i will mention my Airtel complaint number also kindly resolve this issue

Subject: Complaint Regarding Airtel Router Service and Engineer Support

Respected Sir/Madam,


I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the Airtel router service provided to me. I took Airtel service 10 days ago, and the installation was done at The Pride School, Hingna.


Since installation, the router service has not been working properly. The engineer assigned to me has not responded to my queries, and despite calling many times, my calls have not been picked up. This lack of response has caused inconvenience and left my internet connection unreliable.


I request Airtel to kindly look into this matter urgently and ensure that:


  • My router service is checked and corrected immediately.
  • A responsible engineer is assigned who can provide proper support.
  • Communication channels are improved so that customers do not face repeated call neglect.
