Prepaid Connection Purchased Charging for postpaid connection
Dear Sir,
We had purchase prepaid for four months on third month it was automatically converted into postpaid connection,
On time of purchase as per airtel executive it was prepaid connection and full amount was paid in advance but still it automatically got converted
I had contacted serval times to customer care but there is no response, there is no deactivating option available in airtel thanks app
they are continuously harassing me for bill payment
