Dear All, GM. I've the honour to state that 1.The travel booking website www.booking.com to book Flight/Hotel items is a highly FRAUD Company. Mr. Vishal, Senior Manager, Mobile # 9355959205 is a Cleaver and Fraudster person.
2. I've paid additional Refundable Booking Fee Rs8587 for free cancellation fee for Flight Reservation on 28 Feb 2026 to book my Flight from Kolkata to Japan and return. But, due to my health issue, I cancelled the flight on 12 March 2026 against the travel date 22 march 2026. This is an emergency case. I've given him the Certified and qualified doctor's unfit certificate for my health issue. But, Mr. Vishal told me to deduct the cancellation fine charges even after my emergency health issue. We do not recommend this company because Vishal's attitude is very bad. Please connect to me at M-9211070527 for clarification on deficiency of customer's service of www.booking.com.
