I purchased ASUS Laptop in Delhi last year in Jul 2024 and Blue screen Error keeps coming, repaired twice from ASUS authorized service Centre (where OS Re-installed both times [in Apr 25 and Jul 25] and said no hardware defect but I lost all data stored on it), once through ASUS telecaller in Jun 25 who asked me to perform some steps for factory reset and updates. Now, system auto shuts off and restarts on its own, warranty of the product about to expire within a week. Presently, I m residing in Puducherry. Upon query for same defect if occur in future, they replied as per policy owner should pay after warranty period, how is it justifiable, since purchase same problem occurring? Though service centre repairs and reinstall the OS in warranty period, how can I afford after warranty period in a span of 2 months every now and then for their defective software? Request ASUS to compensate me for sale of Inferior quality software or bug in software, cheating my trust, which inadvertently affected my Health (ailing from auto immune diabetes and cavernoma) and daily routine, causing mental agony and Frustration.
