This is Nizar, contact number 9895359483. I purchased an Airtel Internet connection via Chanel on 15 June 2025. Although the technician visited and delivered the devices, they were not installed properly. We are experiencing persistent issues with both internet and television services. The technician promised to return and gave his number (8111-816310), but despite repeated follow-ups, he has neither come back nor resolved the problems. They have only come to collect payment, causing significant inconvenience and feeling like a scam. Customer care was contacted multiple times, and when I filed a complaint, the technician’s support was cancelled. Please address this matter urgently, as I feel cheated and request a refund for the money and time lost.
