Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file an official complaint against JioFiber (Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.) regarding their failure to install an internet connection at my location, despite multiple booking attempts and follow-ups.

I had applied for a JioFiber connection through their official website/app, and successfully completed the booking process. However, the installation has been repeatedly rescheduled without any valid explanation or prior intimation. I have made multiple attempts to rebook the installation slot, but every time it gets postponed automatically.

Furthermore, I tried reaching out to their customer care via email, but the responses have been vague, unhelpful, and in some instances, completely irrelevant. Their customer support contact number has also been consistently unreachable, making it nearly impossible to get any clarity or resolution on the matter.

This prolonged delay and poor service have caused considerable inconvenience and disruption to my professional and personal internet usage needs.

I request the Consumer Forum to kindly take cognizance of this issue and direct JioFiber to:

1. Install the connection at the earliest without further delay.


2. Improve their communication and support services to assist customers properly.


3. Provide a formal apology and explanation for the repeated delays.

Iam VIKRAM i also booked JioAirFiber on 24-Oct-2025 but till date 19th November 2025 status of installation is canceled and refund also not happened

Installation of JioFiber new connection canceled without my knowledge, Delay in Installation but not done and now Refund of my money purposely getting delayed Order Number LR000013ETVF, Cancellation and Refund Order Number NO00019B7T10 - Regard.


JioFiber Team,

On 23-Oct-2025 i got your promotional SMS about JioFiber free trial offer for 2 months, seeing this i ordered for JioFiber on next day 24-Oct-2025 Order Number [LR000013ETVF]. your marketing person from PLA AGENCIES TRICHY on day 1 itself he has explained about equipment type and checked my location then informed me that normal dish model equipment is not suitable for this area so i have to order for box type equipment, will inform to installation team they do the needful for installation. I paid ₹1200/- as per your marketing person instruction for 2 months subscription and installation through gpay transaction id is 2025102421049000018845814005301707. Then he promised that installation will be done on 27-Oct-2025 but as no came or called me till 3pm i followed your installation team. But he is not at all responsible no one has gave proper communication, always i was only have to call them for installation status. And finally one person called me after many follow ups that he belongs to Kullithalai i will come tomorrow morning for installation. On next day he came for installation he also checked the things for installation and told that the provided equipment with dish antenna type is not suitable for your place because there is no neer by tower and it can't be installed, so we have to provide other equipment with some box type receiver which again the present order has to be canceled and rebooked. This process will take 3 to 4 working days. I asked him did your marketing person informed you or not that dish type equipment not suitable for my location? He told no i didn't know that and he not informed me. Ok i thought when i have to follow so much for installation then it's obvious for their miss communication. Then i also waited till 5 days but there was no proper response from your side. So only i ask him to cancel and refund the amount. But your installation team are so shameless that without convincing me, he him self initiated for Cancellation without my knowledge. Refund Order Number NO00019B7T10. Hence your installation team not fulfilled the customer need and now neither you the customer support team also purposely draging to refund the customer money replied for it will take 14 working days for refund which is not at all acceptable and i consider this as cheating your customer and giving me mental agony. I am your Jio customer is highly dissatisfied with services and customer care. If i don't get my money within 18th November 2025 i will go to the consumer court to complaint this.
