Good evening,
I would like to inform you that I had purchased airtel airfiber connection in April 2025. It has been more than 7 months. The person who had setup connection name as Ajit Awathe ( Suspecting location is Karanjade) had contacted me and done the Airtel Airfiber setup at my location which is D-202, Sakshi Park2, Bldg1, Shilottar Raichur, Panvel. After that I had been facing issues with connectivity initially but I had not complained as it was working as expected. Now for the last 3 days, my Airtel Airfiber both indoor and outdoor units are not working, Indoor unit is showing a red light and the outdoor unit is showing a blue light. I had tried contacting the concerned person mentioned above, he neither picked up or answered . Yesterday he mentioned that he had shifted to Sangli. I had raised complaints with Airtel multiple times on network issues. Below is the complaint id , but the issue is not fixed. Today I visited the Airtel Gallery in new Panvel, near Adai location. They were also not responsive and told that there is no feasibility in your area and in Building. My Concern is if location is not feasible, why did the salesperson who had installed the Airfiber connection not inform me of the same?. Also he was abusive today when I called his WhatsApp number. I need some strict action to be taken for this case of abuse.
Now the person at Airtel Gallery : Messis Khan has raised a shifting connection request and said he will confirm by Monday (01-Dec-2025) which also does not give clarity whether the new shifting connection will work or not.
Also I had already moved to a new location and my shifting address was also not changed in the system after sending multiple reminder mails to 121@airtel.in.
I need resolution for this as permanent, Also I had disconnected my older connection of Airfiber which I had purchased in 2023 (Those Records also not showing )
As my work is getting impacted because of this I wanted to raise a complaint against the service provided by Airtel.
