Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to formally raise a complaint against Airtel Broadband regarding the continuous disruption of my Wi-Fi service for the past 31 days and the complete lack of resolution despite repeated follow-ups.
My Airtel broadband connection has been non-functional since 27th April 2026, and during this entire period, I have continuously raised complaints through the Airtel Thanks App, customer care support, and other escalation channels. However, every complaint ticket raised has been marked as “Resolved/Completed” from Airtel’s end without any actual resolution being provided.
This has caused severe inconvenience to me personally and professionally, especially as I rely on the internet connection for work-related activities. Despite the service being unusable for over a month, Airtel continues to generate monthly bills and demand payment for a service that has not been provided.

- Multiple complaints raised with no permanent resolution.
- Complaint tickets falsely marked as resolved.
- Continued billing despite zero service usage.
- Poor customer support with only repetitive assurances and no action.
- Investigate the matter against Airtel.
- Direct Airtel to resolve the issue immediately.
- An amount of ₹706.82 was already paid in April, and an additional bill of ₹392.55 has now been generated, making the total amount ₹1,099.37 charged without actual service consumption.
