I would like to file a complaint against AJIO regarding non-delivery of products that were paid for and the failure of AJIO to provide a proper resolution.

I placed an order on AJIO consisting of 4 products from Dillinger. On 5 June 2026, AJIO marked all 4 products as delivered. However, I received only 1 product (one navy blue T-shirt). The remaining 3 products were never delivered.

The package received was approximately 25 cm x 25 cm, which could physically accommodate only one item. Despite this, AJIO marked all 4 products as delivered under the same OTP delivery confirmation.

The invoice inside the package mentioned all 4 products, but only one product was actually present in the package.

I immediately raised a complaint with AJIO (Complaint ID: COM00108015180). After multiple follow-ups, AJIO closed the complaint stating that all products were delivered. However, AJIO has failed to provide:

  1. Proof of delivery for the missing products
  2. Delivery confirmation details
  3. Any investigation report or evidence supporting their claim
I contacted AJIO customer care multiple times over the last few days. During one interaction, the representative kept my call on hold for around 20 minutes and the call was disconnected. Other representatives apologised but stated that nothing could be done. My request to reopen/escalate the complaint was also declined despite me clearly stating that I was not satisfied with the resolution.

I have paid the full amount for all 4 products. I should not be made to bear the loss for products that were never delivered.

I request the Consumer Commission to kindly direct AJIO to:

  1. Provide valid proof of delivery for the missing products, OR
  2. Deliver the missing products immediately, OR
  3. Refund the amount paid for the products not received, along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and deficiency in service.
I have been a regular customer of AJIO and expected better customer service and accountability.
