I would like to file a complaint against AJIO regarding non-delivery of products that were paid for and the failure of AJIO to provide a proper resolution.

I placed an order on AJIO consisting of 4 products from Dillinger. On 5 June 2026, AJIO marked all 4 products as delivered. However, I received only 1 product (one navy blue T-shirt). The remaining 3 products were never delivered.
The package received was approximately 25 cm x 25 cm, which could physically accommodate only one item. Despite this, AJIO marked all 4 products as delivered under the same OTP delivery confirmation.
The invoice inside the package mentioned all 4 products, but only one product was actually present in the package.
I immediately raised a complaint with AJIO (Complaint ID: COM00108015180). After multiple follow-ups, AJIO closed the complaint stating that all products were delivered. However, AJIO has failed to provide:
I have paid the full amount for all 4 products. I should not be made to bear the loss for products that were never delivered.
I request the Consumer Commission to kindly direct AJIO to:

- Provide valid proof of delivery for the missing products, OR
- Deliver the missing products immediately, OR
- Refund the amount paid for the products not received, along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and deficiency in service.
