Kindly find attached the Emails from Apple Stating that the Mother board of a Laptop Purchased in Oct 2025 is faulty , they are denying Free replacement.

They have also stated that they have used a Known Good One Motherboard - What does this mean ? was it not new ?? But the Issue is still not resolved.

I have done a Complaint on the E Jagriti Site & sent a Notice to Apple & Unicorn also.
