Complaint against ElanaWear for defective and misleading product delivery

I am lodging this complaint against an online seller named ElanaWear, from whom I ordered 3 pairs of jeans for ₹1500 through their Instagram page/website link.

On receiving the parcel today, I found that only 1 pair of jeans was delivered. Moreover, the product is dirty, unhygienic, and completely different from what was advertised on their platform. The seller’s Instagram page/website has now become unreachable, and I am unable to contact them for replacement, refund, or return.

This clearly amounts to fraudulent trade practice, false advertising, and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Same issue , got 2 jeans , but what I got is not even mine .
Really really poor service and no contact number or any details present in the website

Hey i also did order but can you tell me how long it takes to deliver like how many days?? So i can simply reject the parcel when its come they block me so i cant visit their website

Same happened with me i did order same from other website and its now unavailable but i didnot recieve anything yet so can you please tell me🙏🙏how long they take to deliver like how many days?? So i can reject the parcel
 
Hey i order 3 jeans from elana please help me that worth 1530 rupees that is the fees that i save for my exams i didn't know that it will delivery please return my money i want that urgent 😭😭
