I applied for jio air fiber connection on 22 Sept 2026. The engineer visited me and did the KYC for which I paid ₹2221. I received the confirmation mail and installation schedule slot. The technician came and said that the connection at my location is not possible due to no availability of tower. I raised this issue with the engineer on which he re assured me that the connection will be done within 48 hrs. I received rescheduling messages but no one came for the installation for 4 days.
I asked for the cancelation and refund on which the engineer gave me his manager's number. The manager told me he will cancel the order and I would receive the refund within 7 days to my original payment source. I haven't received any official cancelation confirmation as of 7 Oct 2026 and the refund. I have tried like a thousand time to contact the said manager but neither he is picking up my calls nor replying to my messages.
I hereby want to file a complaint against this manager named NITIN SHARMA ( JIOFIBER AREA MANAGER - CITY CENTRE OFFICE, GWALIOR ; CONTACT NO. 9343609223) on the grounds of rude, unprofessional and irresponsive behavior.
And I request JIO to give me my refund back to the original payment source.
