I, Prerna Kumari, resident of Kazichak, Bounsi Road, Near SBI ATM, Bhagalpur-812005 (Bihar), am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Reliance Jio Info comm Ltd. for failing to deliver broadband services even after advance payment, and for repeated false assurances and lack of actionable response from their support team.
Details of the Issue:
Despite multiple follow-ups through customer care calls and via Twitter handle @JioCare, the only response I have received is a repeat of the same tracking link, which shows no progress or actionable update. There has been no visit from any technician, no communication from Jio team regarding the delay, nor any resolution timeline. This reflects a deliberate attempt to mislead customers and amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and mental harassment.

- Immediate full refund of ₹1,000/- paid in advance.
- Compensation of ₹50,000/- for mental agony, harassment, loss of time, and effort involved in repeated follow-ups.
- Issuance of a formal apology from Reliance Jio for misleading conduct.
- Directions to Jio to stop offering “immediate connection” services where they cannot deliver in a timely and transparent manner.
