I booked a Jio Fiber connection online, after which I received a call from an executive who instructed me to make a payment of ₹4244.46 for the booking process, which I completed; however, after the payment was made, the executive has neither followed up nor responded to my calls or messages, causing significant inconvenience and concern. The transaction ID is 202605062103200002, order id:NO0001DAKD3U and I will be attaching screenshots of my payment and booking confirmation for reference. I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and either proceed with the installation process or refund the amount if the service cannot be provided. their customer care number is simply pathetic its disconnects the call by saying the jio fiber is not active for the number which is obvious. First communicated instalaltion date was 07/may/2025 but not installed and after somedays received another message saying installation date is 12/may/2025 and still not installed. I sent mails to the customer care is also not replied after 48 hours.
