1. That on 25th January 2025, I paid a sum of Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand Only) to the Opposite Party for the reallocation of my existing JioFiber connection to a new address. The transaction was completed successfully (Transaction ID/UTR: [Please Insert Your Transaction ID/Number Here]).

2. That despite the payment being accepted, the Opposite Party failed to execute the reallocation work. I repeatedly contacted their customer care through calls and messages, but no concrete action was ever taken to resolve the issue.

3. That instead of providing the service, I only received multiple automated messages from the Opposite Party, which repeatedly rescheduled the appointment date without any actual service visit. This caused me significant harassment, mental agony, and inconvenience.

4. That finally, on 4th July 2025, I received a message from the Opposite Party (Booking No. LR00000FJTP3) stating, "Unfortunately we were unable to service your JioAirFiber request... Initial payment if made... will be refunded back to the original payment mode within 14 working days."

5. That more than 14 working days have passed since the aforementioned message (from 4th July 2025), but I have not received the promised refund of Rs. 1,000/-.

6. That I have made numerous attempts to contact the Opposite Party for a status update on the refund. However, their customer care representatives claim they are "unable to retrieve the details" associated with my number, rendering all my follow-up efforts futile. This is despite me providing them with the transaction proof and their own communication.
