Complaint Regarding JioFiber Service Negligence and Request for Immediate Resolution

would like to file a complaint against JioFiber regarding continuous internet service issues, negligence by service engineers, and lack of proper customer support.


I am using a JioFiber connection under the Rs. 2222 plan installed on 20 May 2026. Since the installation, I have been facing repeated internet connectivity issues and have already raised multiple service requests.


Recently, I raised another complaint request regarding the same issue. One of the JioFiber engineers visited my residence and informed me that the device installed on the terrace was damaged and needed replacement. He took the device and later called me saying that the terrace device number does not match with the indoor device and termed it a “device mismatch” issue. He then requested an OTP/code from me and placed my complaint request on hold.


After placing the request on hold, the engineer stopped answering my calls.


Later, another engineer contacted me and stated that:


  • The device is damaged,
  • They cannot replace it,
  • I need to contact the person who originally installed the JioFiber connection,
  • Otherwise my money is wasted and nothing can be done.

I contacted the installation person as advised, but he is also not answering my calls now.


Due to this negligence:


  • My internet service remains unresolved,
  • I am suffering financial loss despite paying for the premium plan,
  • I have faced mental harassment and inconvenience,
  • JioFiber staff are avoiding responsibility and refusing proper resolution.

I request the Consumer Forum to kindly take appropriate action against JioFiber for deficiency in service and direct them to:


  1. Resolve the issue immediately,
  2. Replace the damaged/mismatched device,
  3. Restore proper internet service,
  4. Compensate for the harassment and service disruption caused.

I am attaching relevant documents/screenshots of service requests, payment details, and communication records for reference.


Kindly look into the matter and help resolve this issue at the earliest.
