5 days gone no technician has visited or contacted.
Dear Team,

Despite holding an active AMC, I have received ZERO service for my unit, which is under warranty. This deficiency of service is unacceptable.

I am escalating this complaint since 2nd May 26, but no one is bothered about it. And your slogan FRIEND for LIFE is completely bullshit.



I have an one Kid and old age patient in my home, not a single drop is coming from unit. Despite assuring a resolution your assigned technician not picking the call.



Details incidents-



Complaint No1- Dt-1st May 2026. Assigned technician- Mr.Dipak Jena, After 16 times call he did not responded, and during that time I have called to customer care and also mailed, finally he has came on 3rd May 26 ,2nd half and done as per his knowledge. Unit was running good but on 6th May 26 same problem arise.



Complaint No2- Dt-6th May 2026, Assigned technician- Deepayan Sahu, I had choose time slot 07 PM to 09 PM( as per availability @ app), after calling he told me I will not visit after 6 PM, is this the way of taking??then I managed the time and told him to come at 3:30pm and he said he is coming in 15 minutes but he didn’t came didn’t answered the calls after 10 times call. surprisingly when I saw in the app technician has been changed to Mr Dipak jena again, the same story begin he doesn’t respond the call and on 8th may 26 4PM he came on 4PM and changed something and unit running fine for once.



Complaint No 3- Dt-09th may 26- Today morning same issue persists and lodged a complained @ app but still no one is responded till now. We called mr. Dipak again described the situation he told he will again visit wit some seniors but he did not respond our call after several call.



Moral of the incident-

Water is the vital component of our life , but slogan is FRIEND of LIFE, Isn’t the joke ???



Regarding this I have lodge a complaint before National Consumer forum, I want exact justice, where is our fault??



  1. I have voice recoding calls of call centres.
  2. I have voice recording details of you grievances team.
  3. I have details of all incidents.




Now tell me what is the meaning of Friends of life ?????
