Subject: Complaint against Amazon India for delivery of damaged and used product (Order No. 406-7340757-1766752)
Respected Sir/Madam,
I wish to lodge a formal complaint against Amazon India for delivering a damaged and used LCD display for Realme 7 Pro mobile, ordered via their platform.
Details of the Complaint:
I have video evidence of the full unboxing process, clearly showing the improper packaging and the condition of the product upon delivery.
Upon noticing the condition, I immediately contacted Amazon customer support to initiate a return and complaint. However, to my shock, Amazon closed my complaint without any resolution or consent, denying me a refund or replacement.
This act of delivering a defective product, misrepresentation of product condition, poor packaging, and refusal to entertain a legitimate return request falls under unfair trade practices and deficiency in service, as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

- Date of Delivery: 22nd July 2025
- Issue: The product delivered was visibly used, damaged, and packaged improperly (wrapped in newspaper despite being a fragile item).
- The item was also marked as non-refundable.
