I have recharged my dish tv account with the amount of Rs.200/-, but it's showing technical error signal not found, I have registered to the complaint regarding the same, on 19th of October in the evening 4pm, company has assured that our technician will visit within 24 hours, but no one has visited still, I have called multiple times and same revert every time that our technician will visit within 1 hour, I also requested that kindly revert my money back, then they said it is not refundable.
