I ordered chocolates from ditch the guilt where the promised 1 day delivery but have not yet dispatched order , i have pinged everywhere on their email , tried to call also but no reply.

Now my occasion has passed for which i wanted chocolates, i just want refund.
 
  • Email Escalation (Refund Request)
    • Send a clear refund demand to: info@ditchtheguilt.fit
    • Mention your Order No. 52689, date, and loss due to non-delivery.
    • Set a 7-day deadline for refund.
  • Contact by Phone/WhatsApp
    • Customer Care Number: +91 86575 26591 (try call + WhatsApp message with order details).
  • Payment Gateway Dispute
    • If you paid by credit card / debit card / UPI / Paytm / Razorpay, immediately raise a dispute / chargeback with your bank or wallet provider.
    • Mention that the product was not delivered and the merchant is unresponsive.
 
I had placed an order on 3rd August 2025 vide Order No. 23106 for 4 chocolates of 60g each, amounting to Rs. 356. However, on 24th August 2025, I received only 2 chocolates of 40g each.

Since then, I have been continuously following up for a refund of the missing 160g worth of items, but till date, no resolution has been provided. Despite my repeated emails along with attached proofs of the discrepancy, I have not received either the refund or any proper response from your team.

This level of negligence is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The lack of support and accountability has made the experience very unpleasant. I request you to take an action against their scam.
 
I had placed four orders on 29 of July still my orders are not delivered and the team is not answering my email and also there contact number is out of network
Please refund me the amount I have paid
I will never ever place my order agin
Ditch the guilt is a fraud
Worst experience please take some action against them

Your contact number is wrong and also you are not giving reply to mail
 
Same here, more than a week now. It says order delivered but nobody contacted me for the delivery. Order 71554 and the customer care number you mentioned is not in service

I placed my order a month ago and still haven't received it. There's no way to contact customer support. The phone is switched off and the WhatsApp support is a bot. It's not the amount I care about— It's the fact that they are scamming more and more people. They're still running ads for their sale. If the company is not operational and doesn't have any logistical support, they need to stop promotions.

same with me..no body is replying at their end.. Worst experience
 
I have ordered 6 brownies from their website on 6th September and till now I have not recieved my parcel. Whenever i check the tracking details it shows the order is not picked up, and today it is showing the shipment is cancelled.
