Croma brand Washing Machine was ordered on line on 7th Nov.2025 & received on 8 th Nov. 2025.
I have approached Croma customer support several times through e mails & phone calls for installation & demonstration.
Till to day 13 th Nov 2025 Technician has not been assigned & no response when he will visit.
I had written them to allow third party installation & reimburse fees & all warranties including extended insurance to be valid.
I am enclosing invoice 7 copies of communication along with this complaint,

We understand that the Croma/Infinity Retail has not responded to your emails related to the installation of your washing machine.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Croma/Infinity Retail, formally requesting a resolution of your issue. Kindly allow them a 7-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
