I am writing to lodge a formal consumer complaint against Croma (Infiniti Retail Ltd.) and Eureka Forbes regarding a defective water purifier and negligent after-sales service.

Product Purchased From: Croma
Product Name: AQUAGUARD WP UV BLAZE INSTA UV + UF HOT BL 307019– Eureka Forbes Water Purifier

Date of Purchase: 5th July 2025
Invoice Number: SLRSI4923912

District: Pune- 411051, Maharashtra.

Nature of Complaint:
Within just 2 months of purchase, the water purifier started releasing white and black particles in the filtered water, making it unsafe for consumption.

I promptly reported the issue to:

Croma Customer Support : C006790592

Eureka Forbes Support App (Ticket ID: CM-190925-59066315 and CM-180925-59014279

Despite raising complaints and service requests, the issue remains unresolved, and both companies closed the tickets without providing any solution.

This reflects poor product quality and a serious lack of responsibility from both brands towards consumer safety and satisfaction.

Relief Sought:
I request the Hon’ble Forum to kindly intervene and direct the concerned parties to

Replace the defective product immediately

OR issue a full refund

Take appropriate action against the companies for deficiency in service
