  • I purchased an OLA Scooter (OLA S1 X Gen 3 (3kWh))in physical mode from OLA outlet Najafgarh with invoice dated 23rd May 2025. I paid an amount of Rs. 1,10,316/-
  • The delivery was not made within the time mentioned at the time of purchase. I raised my complaint on official Twitter/X handle on July 6, 2025. I also contacted OLA in-person. I was given an assurance of receiving the delivery soon. I lodged my compliant again on X handle of OLA Electric on July 22, 2025 regarding the issue.
  • The delivery was made in the month of August 2025.
  • After receiving the delivery, I inquired about getting the Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle. They informed me that it would be delivered within 3 months.
  • When 3 months period ended, I raised my concern at OLA Najafgarh. I was informed that RC had been wrongly registered with someone else’ name and an email for addressing the issue had been sent and the issue would be resolved soon.
  • I raised my complaint regarding the delay in providing the RC on official Twitter/X handle of Ola Electric on 21st October 2025. I also kept making multiple visits at OLA Najafgarh
  • I made an email regarding my unresolved issue on 27th December 2025 and got a reply from OLA.
  • On 17th January 2026, I lodged my grievance on Consumer Court portal regarding the issue.
  • I lodged my grievance again on X handle of Ola Electric on 9th January 2026 and 13th January 2026.
  • I wrote another mail with a notice on February 22, 2026 about initiating legal proceedings but the issue remained unresolved.

Step: 8 -Upload the documents on E-Jagriti portal.
Step: 9 -Pay the court/processing fee.
