I have placed and order for an ice cream and lettuce. The ice cream I have received is totally melted. It’s is Amul stick ice cream. It’s just became liquid by the time they delivered to my doorstep. No proper packing when sending cool items. And lettuce which they told is of 100gms is not is 50 gms. When raised concern the customer executive replied with the same ivr messages without even showing little concern.
