Dear sir/Madam
I have fully automatic Robo at my house, from past 4-5 months there is an abnormal noise coming from the Robo then we have register complains many times about it but there is no solution to it, the persons just come and tells us to wait for 2-3 days to monitor it but afterwards there is no progress in there they have checked the Robo from inside-out the whole way but there is no revert in the response the technician Mr. Laljibhai, Vadodara head Mr. Pareshbhai, senior technician Rajesh Patel, Quality management team Mr.Roshan bhai, and Gujrat Traine Mr. Bhavesh Patil they have seen the issue even on video calls and in person as well we get the same respons that we will see to it they have also change the parts and check that also but after that there is no revert to so what I have to do now ? As I have spend money on it and after spending this much money if I am not getting proper services for it what is the use of it, every single time we just the same answer that we will revert back to you but when and in how much time? I am facing this issue from last 3-4 months and still I don’t get to know the proper solution of then I have to ask for full replacement of my machine and I will be complaining till I get proper solution to it.
