Grievance
My name is Nidhish Gupta and am law abiding citizen of this
country. Back in 2023 I was searching for Wi-Fi broadband. I got to
know about excitel broadband from internet. So, I called excitel
team for more information. They send local partner from gaur cable at our home L224 shastri
Nagar. As I live on rent, so I asked that if I shift my connection
then how much time it will take to transfer my connection. He
answered that it will take only 1 day to shift connection. Then I
decided to take 1 year plan and enrolled with Excitel Broadband on
2 March 2023.

I paid 5999 rupees to gaur cable, and he generated invoice in excitel
application.
Then their technician came to install excitel broadband.

Excitel Wi-Fi broadband detail is following-
model no.-2K15x

default Ip -192.168.1.1
They install broadband but after installation they failed to satisfy us
during speed test. They told me speed would increase after reboot
but it didn’t increase. Speed used to come below 200 Mbps (speed
should have to be 300 Mbps as per our plan).
Due to lack of time, I ignore this problem and renewed my
connection online and paid 3538 rupees on 3 April 2024.
Invoice number of tax invoice is 7-DLINV/849328
our subscription ended on 2 October 2024.
Then Laxmi Narayan gaur (Mob. No.: +91-9810092760) and nand
kisor (Mob No.: +91-6307003506) from Gaur cable contacted us to
renew our subscription.
I renew my connection for 6 months and paid 3538 rupees to gaur
cable
I received its payment receipt.
My invoice no was DLINV/10461063

Our Regional Partner was Gaur Cable having Office at L-135, Block-
L, Shastri Nagar, Delhi.

Recently, in the month of February 2025, I shifted our residence
from Block-L, Shastri Nagar to Block-B, Shastri Nagar, Delhi.
Therefore, I requested Excitel Broadband Connection to shift our
connection to Block-B, Shastri Nagar. So I Called excitel on their

customer care no.01169656965. Consequently, Excitel Broadband
opened our ticket on 11th February 2025. Then I reached gaur cable
office for connection shifting. Gaur cable worker Ajay and nand kisor
told me that they would not transfer my connection. They cutoff my
connection from our old house L224 and took their fiber cable back.
I informed about that to customer care, and they told me that my
feedback was transferred to internal team, and they would shift my
connection in 4-5 days. They assigned gaur cable as our shifting partner.
After 4-5 days, I called customer care many times
for shifting of my connection. On 18 february excitel customer care
team told me that they discussed with laxmi gaur, and he said that
he will shift my connection. Then I called laxmi gaur and
he told me that they would shift my connection after 3 pm on
18 February. After 3 pm I called and messaged him many times but
he didn’t reply. Then I called Nand Kisor and told him about my
conversation with Laxmi gaur. Ajay and Nand Kisor came to my new home and received payment of 500 rupees for connection but they
blatantly refuse to shift connection.
Then I went for Gaur cable office, When I reached there 2 persons
who were not the employ of gaur cable attacked me and called Ajay
, Nand Kisor. Then they all four brutally beat me and gave me
severe injuries on my face, fingers, legs and other body parts.
