Reg. the cancelation of service
Dear Sir,
my order no : AWCJS563QH
on 07 jun 25, i requested for the online fiber connection, one of your employee AJAY ANTONY (95979 19937) he told all plan details and i ask for one plan is 399 (10mbps) for my location he told is available for your location same day he completed for KYC do online and i pay the amount of 2500,
on the next day installation team come and they told this location not available for fiber connection only for air fiber available. again i call to mr ajay he is not pick my call another i week one day he is pick my call he told i will do cancellation for your acc amount will be refund in your account same method , but still i don't received any amount to refund.
My humble request to you is to sort the issue and initiate my refund process to resolve my issue, i am done with this regular follow up.
Honestly i have never expected such quality of service from Airtel. I am done with Airtel.
Hope you will address my issue at earliest.
