I requested the Jio website on 1/9/2025 for air fiber. Then, the executive (Jaipal Reddy 9364091439) came on 4/09/2025 and took the order for JIO Air Fiber. I paid 3182 rupees, and he said it would be installed within 2 days. Now, they are not responding to any phone calls and have not installed it.
I have called many times, but the executives have not picked up my phone. I also called customer care, but no one responded. Then, I visited the Kalyan Nagar Jio office on 9/09/2025 and contacted Santosh at 9364104862 and Chandran at 83101046912. They told me that someone would come for installation today. However, no one has responded or answered any calls since then.
I have been struggling for the last 3 months to get Jio internet service for my home. The engineers at the Kalyan Nagar Jio office are unresponsive to customers and the service provided is lacking.
