I have booked Jio air fibre on 17th January 2024 with rupees 1000 , voucher no. LR000005RNQK. No service had been provided by Jio. After 6 months on 17th July 2024 company itself redeemed the voucher LR000005RNQK of rupees 1000 . Company did not refunded this amount to me. I want my money back with penalty and interest.
