I recently bought new connection with jio airfiber on July 25th by paying 2200+. For some reasons I had to relocate to a new area within the same city. Now, when I contacted jio team, they are saying that I need to get a new service by paying thr same amount as the relocation is not possible!
But I bought new connection just a month ago and another 3 months recharge is still available with the old one! They told they cant even refund the remaining balance! That's ridiculous
