I have recharged Jio Airfiber on 17 July 2026 From 23 July 2026 my internet not working then i called call centre for many many times they gave me so many time slot and give engineer number but when i called call one engineer he said he left the company and one said named Shivthare he said he not received order from company I wonder that I received name of engineer but engineer not get notification then another engineer named Vijay Ghadge he not picked the call he always cut the call
No one of jio company take any action and still no any engineer approach to me for resolve the complaint
Every time call to call center and tell all same story and they repeatedly same dialogue that with in one hour or within 24 hours your complaint resolved and lastly they force for rating their all goal on rating either customer problem
