I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding my Jio Fiber connection.

My service request SR0000306TZD was raised over three days, and despite multiple follow-ups, no engineer has visited, and my internet is still not working. Every time they reschedule engineer visit on their own and nothing happens. I even called local jio team here, they just dodge my request or they dont pick my call. This prolonged outage has caused significant inconvenience, and the lack of response from jio team is unacceptable.


As this issue is not resolved yet that is why I request cancellation of my Jio Fiber account, and initiate a full refund for the remaining period/installation charges.
