I wish to file a complaint against Reliance Jio regarding the unreasonable delay in providing services despite repeated requests and follow-ups.

I requested relocation of my existing JioFiber connection on 02/06/2026. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer care, the relocation has not been completed. Subsequently, I also applied for Jio AirFiber installation on 02.06/2026, but the installation has been continuously delayed without any proper explanation or resolution.
