I am filing this complaint because Reliance Jio has completely failed to resolve my issue despite repeated complaints. Since the day I started using this SIM, whenever I turn on my mobile hotspot, my internet speed drops to almost zero. Without hotspot, the speed is normal, but the moment I enable it, the internet becomes unusable. This makes it impossible to work from my laptop.
I work from home, and a stable internet connection is essential for my job. Because of this issue, I have already been absent from work on multiple occasions. Every day I fear losing my job because I am unable to perform my duties due to Jio's poor service. I pay for every recharge from my hard-earned money expecting reliable internet, but I am not receiving the service that I am paying for.
I have already contacted Jio customer support and raised complaints. Instead of resolving the issue, I keep receiving generic replies and repeated troubleshooting steps that do not fix the problem. The issue still exists exactly as before. This shows negligence and a complete lack of concern for customers.
If I lose my job because of Jio's failure to provide the promised service, who will bear the financial loss? Who will pay my salary, my bills, and my daily expenses? A simple apology from customer support cannot compensate for the damage caused by this ongoing problem.
I request that this complaint be taken seriously. I want Jio to provide a permanent resolution immediately. If the company is unable to provide the service promised under the recharge plan, appropriate action should be taken and I should be compensated for the inconvenience, loss of work, mental stress, and deficiency in service.
