I am writing to formally raise a complaint

I am also attaching call recordings and jio screen shots
regarding the complete disruption of my Jio Fiber internet connection, which has remained unresolved for the past 9 days despite multiple complaints and repeated follow-ups.
From the very first day, I was repeatedly assured that the issue would be resolved within 8 hours, then 24 hours, and later I continued to receive similar promises every time I contacted customer care. Unfortunately, none of these commitments have been honored, and there has been no meaningful progress or proper communication regarding the actual status of the issue.
The prolonged outage has caused significant inconvenience and has adversely affected my work and daily activities. As a customer who pays for uninterrupted service, I find this level of service completely unacceptable.
What is even more disappointing is the behavior of the customer care representatives during my recent interactions. Instead of providing a resolution or a realistic update, I was told, "If you want, wait; otherwise, do whatever you want." Such a response is highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and reflects very poorly on Jio's customer service standards.
I request that this matter be treated with the highest priority. I expect:
